This scene file focuses on using the XParticles Nexus Fluid solver to achieve a Syrup like liquid that collides and creates a stringy like behaviour. Additional surface adhesion pulls the fluids to the collision object. (Scene file only)

The scene file was only tested in Cinema 4D 2023. Older versions of Cinema 4D have not been tested and so may give different results to the simulation.
